In 2024, Amazon’s ‘Support Small’ storefront needed a redesign to better showcase independent sellers through a more curated, engaging experience. Insights showed that shoppers connect most with the people and stories behind small businesses. I led workshops with internal teams, explored different wireframe layouts, and helped shape creative direction by ideating photoshoots and designing visuals throughout the site. The updated storefront, which received positive feedback from leadership and the North American Stores team, highlights entrepreneurs’ stories and remains a key example of Amazon’s support for small and underserved businesses.
